We take great pride in being “the muscle.” We do the hard work. The beautiful photos and impressive news headlines are only possible because men and women like us have chosen to work with our bodies in the outdoor elements. Our office and support teams understand the hard work performed in the field, and they show respect by working to put the field in the best position to succeed.

We work safely and go home each day in one piece. We return the next day healthy and strong. We have important relationships with our loved ones, our friends, and our communities. Working safely allows us to be with these important people in our full capacity.

We are kind to each other and to our partners – our clients, our suppliers, and our contractors. We remember that each man and woman at Pine Energy is part of one team. We assume we have each other's best interests at heart and always give each other the benefit of the doubt. Unless someone gives us a reason to mistrust, we do not mistrust. We assume good faith.
