Our Monthly Note - December 1, 2025

One big crew in Paris, Arkansas installing the OMCO tracker.

Friends,

It is good to be in touch at the start of another month, the last of 2025. I am hopeful that however you spent your Thanksgiving last week, you found time to relax and appreciate all of the great work we have all accomplished this year. Pine Energy was busy in November before all the turkey. Hope you were too.

On the roof, we were in Covington, Georgia; Jefferson, Georgia; Davidson, North Carolina; Midland, North Carolina; Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We built solar on convenience stores, town halls, refrigeration facilities, malls, and manufacturing facilities. We built on metal roofs and TPO roofs. We were also working on two projects on which we held the entire scope of work. Systems installed last month included Unirac Gridflex, Unirac RM5, and IronRidge XR rails.

On the ground, we were in Collinsville, Alabama; Charleston, Arkansas; Clarendon, Arkansas; Paris, Arkansas; Laurel, Delaware; Nashville, Tennessee; and Mechanicsville, Virginia. We built the OMCO Origin tracker, OMCO Choice fixed-tilt, Array Technologies DuraTrack, and Nevados All Terrain Tracker. These projects combine for over 17MW of work.

It was a great month in November. We had some firsts - our first project with over 30 installers on site, our first project in Delaware, and our first project installing the Nevados tracker. This month, we're also doing impressive things - starting a rooftop project over 6MW, which is our largest to date.

We’ll try and complete 2025 the same way we’ve tried to work throughout 2025 - working with safety, kindness, and professionalism in order to take care of our team and our partners and achieve positive results. As we close up 2025, we’re thankful for our work in this great industry, and we are looking forward to a productive 2026. Please keep us in mind as you plan for next year.

Thank you,

Jason
