All Hands Month

In November, we celebrated All Hands Month. Last year, it was All Hands Day. We had every Pine Energy employee in the field on one day to work with the installers. This year, we're thankful for our growth, and it made sense to have a month to allow our office team to find the right time to get into the field.

Whether celebrated on a day or celebrated over a month, the purpose is for every employee at Pine Energy to be part of the construction work that is our core service. From our website:

"We take great pride in being 'the muscle.' We do the hard work. The beautiful photos and impressive news headlines are only possible because men and women like us have chosen to work with our bodies in the outdoor elements. Our office and support teams understand the hard work performed in the field, and they show respect by working to put the field in the best position to succeed."

Over All Hands Month, our office and support teams were able to feel and experience the work that our installers perform. It's good for all of us to be together across the country from Arkansas to Georgia to North Carolina and learn from each other. The field learns what the office does. And the office definitely learns what the field does. Together, we're building a company focused on caring for our teammates and our partners while achieving the best results for all of us.

We hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. The Pine Energy team is thankful for the work that this great industry provides us.
