Our Monthly Note - November 1, 2025
Cesar celebrating the first panel installed at our project in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Friends,
We hope you had a great October. Last month, we were dressed in our costumes as solar installers. We’re comfortable in those! It was a safe, productive month, and we’re thankful for all of our opportunities to build important work with good friends.
On the roof, we were in Norman Park, Georgia; Charlotte, North Carolina; Davidson, North Carolina; Greensboro, North Carolina; Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Ashburn, Virginia; and Leesburg, Virginia. We built several different systems including IronRidge racking on both TPO (yes, really!) and metal roofs, the Unirac GridFlex and RM on TPO roofs, and the PanelClaw clawFR on a TPO roof. Our work was at schools, shopping centers, airports, farms, town halls, refrigeration facilities, and churches.
On the ground, we were in Charleston, Arkansas; Marianna, Arkansas; Paris, Arkansas; Stuttgart, Arkansas; Linn, Kansas; Morrowville, Kansas; Jonesboro, Louisiana; Columbus, Mississippi; Raleigh, North Carolina; Enid, Oklahoma; and Mechanicsville, Virginia. We build ground mounts from 135KW to over 10MW, and our mobility and adaptability allows us to succeed for clients with various needs. In October, we built the APA TITAN Duo Fixed-Tilt, Nevados TRACE All Terrain Tracker, and OMCO Choice Fixed-Tilt and Origin Tracker. The Nevados tracker was a special opportunity at North Carolina State University where we worked alongside the Nevados team on a test site to learn the TRACE All Terrain Tracker.
We plan to continue our work to finish the year strong. This month, we’ll be on the ground and on the roof in Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. We are thankful for all of this work. Our team is over 80 when we’re “full go,” so the continued work means a lot to many people. We don’t take the work for granted, and we approach each job with our values of safety, kindness, and professionalism in order to continue our positive relationships and our important projects. As we share on our website, we care for our teammates and our partners, and we are serious about achieving the best results for all of us.
As you look to finish 2025 and continue building in 2026, please continue looking our way.
Thank you,
Jason
