Our Monthly Note - May 1, 2026
Building PanelClaw in Atlanta, Georgia.
Friends,
Quarter 2 is underway! April was a busy month for us on the ground, on the roof, and in the canopies. We built good projects, and we implemented new company initiatives to emphasize a culture of learning. It’s an interesting time of year. It’s not the beginning, but it still feels early. The end of the year will be here before we know it. The schedule blazes ahead. We’re enjoying the work. We hope you are too.
On the ground, we built in Brinkley, Arkansas; Charleston, Arkansas; and Conway, Arkansas. In Brinkley, we started driving piles for an OMCO tracker, and in Conway, we built an OMCO fixed-tilt. In Charleston, we worked on the DC scope installing homeruns on an OMCO tracker. The three projects represent over 9MW of work.
On the roof, we were in Atlanta, Georgia; Douglasville, Georgia; Newnan, Georgia; Stockbridge, Georgia; Flowood, Mississippi; Charlotte, North Carolina; Columbia, South Carolina; and Chester, Virginia. We installed Unirac Ecofoot2+ and RM ballasted systems. We installed PanelClaw clawFR. We installed IronRidge rails. In Douglasville, Georgia, we are performing the AC scope of work. It’s our third time building a turnkey installation, and we’re proud to handle more.
We also worked on a couple of canopies in Charlotte, North Carolina installing optimizers and running homeruns.
Speaking of SolarEdge optimizers, we held our first Pine Energy lunch-and-learn in April. We met to hear from David Hearn, Project Manager, and Shivam Bavishiya, Assistant Project Manager, about the SolarEdge mapping platform. We were asked to build the map for the first time, and we wanted to spread a culture of learning by allowing everyone at the company to learn about it. Please read more: Lunch-and-Learn - SolarEdge Mapping.
Every day, we try to do our best. We try to work safely, kindly, and professionally. Spring and summer look to be busy, but we remain open for more work. Please let us know how we can be helpful in achieving your goals.
Thank you,
Jason
