Our Monthly Note - October 1, 2026

Removing modules during a module swap project in Flowood, Mississippi.

Friends,

We had a nice month in September. We started projects, we continued projects, and we closed projects. Just the way it should be. I am hopeful your month was productive and you’re now looking forward to a strong October.

On the ground, we continued our work in Kentucky and Maine finishing in both states. In Kentucky, we were working on a repower project. We removed over 7,000 modules and installed over 5,000 newer, stronger ones. In Maine, we completed the last site in our four project portfolio. We were in a beautiful state during a great time of year. The projects represented over 4.8MW of solar, and all were built on OMCO racking - three on the OMCO Origin tracker and one on the OMCO Choice fixed-tilt. We hope to be back in Maine, but like this year, preferably from April through September.

On the roof, we worked in Douglasville, Georgia; Kokomo, Indiana; Flowood, Mississippi; Woolrich, New Jersey; Chester, Virginia; and Sterling, Virginia. We worked at department stores, grocery stores, manufacturing facilities, and schools. Across these roofs, we worked on PanelClaw and Unirac systems.

We’ve been doing a lot of work on repowers, reinstalls, and decommissioning. Our ground mount in Kentucky was a repower. The work in Georgia, Indiana, and Mississippi on roofs had us swapping modules, and this month, that work continues in Colorado and Illinois. It’s fun to build new stuff, but we also know that the old stuff needs love and attention. We highlighted our recent work in a post about repower, reinstall, and decommissioning.

September safety trainings included toolbox talks about proper maintenance and care for equipment and safe use of hand tools.

Hope you have a great October. If you plan to be in Las Vegas for RE+ in November, please be in touch. We’ll have a group at the conference. Would love to discuss your 2027 plans in person.

Thank you,

Jason
