Our Monthly Note - July 1, 2026
Modules going up in Winthrop, Maine on an OMCO Origin Tracker.
Friends,
The first half of the year is behind us. June kept Pine Energy busy, and we were fortunate to have good work in good places. We hope the same for you.
On the ground, we were in Brinkley, Arkansas and Winthrop, Maine. On both sites, we were installing OMCO trackers. Arkansas has us installing the tracker on piles, and in Maine, we’re building it on A-frames in ground screws. It’s the first time we’re installing the OMCO tracker on ground screws.
On the roof, we worked in Atlanta, Georgia; Decatur, Georgia; Norman Park, Georgia; Eastover, South Carolina; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Ashburn, Virginia; Chester, Virginia; and Leesburg, Virginia. The theme of the month was schools. With summer break and fewer students, school solar is in full session. We’re building at elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools. These sites are unique and worth a highlight post later this month - look out! On the roof, we were installing Unirac EcoFoot2+ and Gridflex, IronRidge rails, PanelClaw clawFR, and Solar Stack. A productive month.
Last month, safety toolbox talks discussed bug protection and heat illness prevention.
We also graduated the first cohort of our Welcome Program. The purpose of the program is to welcome new installers and introduce them to our way of working - safely, kindly, and professionally.
July will be hot and busy. We’re continuing work in Arkansas, Georgia, and Maine. We’ll also be in Kansas, Kentucky, and North Carolina. You’ve safe harbored. Now let’s build. Holler at us.
Thank you,
Jason
